Mark is pleased to confirm he will be joining The Wonder Stuff in June 2022 as part of their ‘Never Loved Elvis’ anniversary tour in the UK.
The chart topping UK band will be performing the band’s 1991 album – which charted at No.3 in the UK charts – in its entirety plus a full set of hits, classics and oldies.
Mark previously performed live with the band on their 2019 tour, which premiered tracks from the band’s latest album ‘Better Being Lucky’, released in 2019, which featured guitars and several compositions co written by MGT.
Following on from his special guest DJ slot at Scarlet at Artifice Las Vegas in January 2022, MGT is now also confirmed to be special guest DJ at Dallas Fetish Ball at Dallas House of Blues in Texas USA on Sat 19th February 2022, alongside headliners Rubberdoll, Dan Sperry and Cleopatra recording artist and burlesque performer Ashley Bad.
MGT will also be special guest DJ at Submission presents Nachturnal ‘Saints & Sinners’ on 12th March 2022 alongside featured Cleopatra musical artist and burlesque performer Ashley Bad – located at The Circle Huntington Beach California

âEvery Little Dreamâ is a song I wrote and demoed years before meeting Mark. It was one of those songs that was waiting for the right context before making its way into the world. When Mark and I started working together on the Gemini Nyte album, I sent him the demo and he loved it. Markâs guitars and treatment certainly bring something to the party and the track has become one of our favourites, as well as treat to play live. Hopefully that comes through in the video as well, which was shot during our little European tour last year. Once again Mont Sherar did a wonderful job making us look good!â – Ashton Nyte

MGT recently debuted Gemini Nyteâs first single âAll The Broken Things,â a strident goth rocker with a new video featuring Nyte, Thwaite, Paul Ferguson and ex-The Mission bassist Richard Vernon. In the meantime I’ll be touring the UK later this month with my good friend Ricky Warwick of Black Star Riders, Thin Lizzy and The Almighty.. Recently guested on his fantastic solo album, which now gets a release through Nuclear Blast on 24th Feb.. check out the latest single and video with MGT below..
The first of these two albums is entitled âWhen Patsy Cline Was Crazy (And Guy Mitchell Sang The Blues)â, which features ‘Toffee Town’ with MGT on lead guitar.. The release also boasts an array of acclaimed musicians, with guests such as Joe Elliott (DEF LEPPARD), Damon Johnson (THIN LIZZY, BLACK STAR RIDERS), Andy Cairns (THERAPY?), Billy Morrison (BILLY IDOL), Nathan Connolly (SNOW PATROL), Ginger Wildheart, Jake Burns (STIFF LITTLE FINGERS) and Richard Fortus (GUNS N’ ROSES). The second is an acoustic album called âHearts on Treesâ. Ricky & MGT have also recorded an acoustic version of the Iron Maiden classic ‘Wrathchild’, which is featured on Ricky’s ‘Stairwell Troubadour’ pledge album:  “Just when you think there couldnât be any more surprises, he reworks Iron Maidenâs âWrathchildâ into a stunning, flamenco-tinged ballad which will surely go down as one of the best cover versions ever laid down”(UBER ROCK magazine)
To support this release, Ricky has put together THE FIGHTING HEARTS, a band who pull no punches. On drums is Gary Sullivan from one of his post Almighty bands, (sic). On bass, his Black Star Ridersâ band mate Robbie Crane, and Guitarist Mark Gemini Thwaite completing  the lineup. “Having previously played for such luminaries as THE MISSION and Peter Murphy, Mark added that special something that made the whole band gel.” (Ricky Warwick)

Mark was previously Murphy’s guitarist from 2005 until Sep 2013, and recorded and collaborated on the ‘Ninth” and “Secret Bees” albums released on Nettwerk in 2011 and 2012, and also appeared on the ‘Mr Moonlight – Celebrating 35 years of Bauhaus’ live DVD released on Nettwerk records in 2014.
